    • There is no age restriction.
    • Each account number is linked to the mobile number used for registration
    • You cannot have more than one account to a mobile number – there is an option to add dependants.
    • Once customer registers, the Cosmo team will reach out to “on-board” the customer (Kindly share process)-after registration, a message will be sent to you.
    • To make a claim, customer must present receipt to Cosmopolitan Health insurance through a designated email address
    • Customer Care centre opened Monday – Saturday
    • You need to continuously subscribe for one year before you qualify for yearly benefit(Cancer)
    • Customers are given one month to submit refund. Refund can be through email, whatsapp or submitted at the CHI office.
